Serkan KOYUTÜRK
FOUNDER
Serkan Koyutürk, who was born in 1987, completed his primary school in Nevşehir Altınyıldız College, his high school education in Nevşehir Anatolian Technical High School and his universiy in Erciyes University Engineering Faculty Electrical Department.
Between the years 2010-2016, he started his work as a general manager at Işıksaçan Electricity and Lightening ltd. which is a family bussines. Then he moved to Bursa in 2016 and continues his bussines life as a research and development chargehand. During this period, Karatay University completed the basic Montessori education program. In 2016, she established Bambini case Montessori workshop with Ayça Koyutürk.
As of 2019, he has been managing administrative-financial affairs in Private Ayça Koyutürk Kindergarten.

Ayça Koyutürk, who was born in 1990, completed her primary and high school education in Istanbul. She graduated from Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. While continuing her education in the department of economics, she realized that the only area that will make her happy is to be with children and to do useful work for children, and upon this she started her education in the Child Development Department of Cappadocia University. She completed her basic, advanced and performance level Montessori education at Cappadocia University and successfully graduated from the Child Development and Montessori Instructor program. Afterwards, Karatay University completed the long-term Montessori education program. She contributed to the training of instructors by giving applied Montessori education in many institutions.
Mrs. Ayça, who worked as an Expert Montessori Instructor in various institutions throughout her career, worked on Family Counseling, Play Therapy, Individual Coaching in Early Childhood, Analysis of Child Pictures, Development and Picture Tests. She decided to organize montessori workshops in order to spread the Montessori Education systematically and correctly, and in 2016, she established the Bambini Case Montessori Workshop with her husband Serkan KOYUTÜRK. In the Bambini Case Montessori Workshop, she worked one-on-one and in groups with many children who are developing normally, are gifted and needed support. In this process, she conducted many projects in cooperation with lots of universities and has taken an active role in many studies that would spread Montessori Education system in Turkey.
She continues his academic education at Istanbul University.
As of 2019, Ayça KOYUTÜRK has been continuing to work in the fields of education of children, family training, in-service training of teachers, course content and training program at Private Ayça KOYUTÜRK Kindergarten
